Envitron is a Groningen-based developer and supplier of energy management systems (EMS) for businesses. Its Envi.Base energy controller, combined with firmware and software, monitors energy flows in real time and controls flexible energy assets such as batteries, generators, solar PV inverters and EV chargers behind a grid connection. Typical applications include peak shaving with batteries and generators, self-consumption optimisation, zero feed-in, load balancing, grid connection monitoring, and day-ahead or FCR/aFRR control via an external energy trader.
