Founded in 2025, Geothermal Energy Advancement Association is a ngo headquartered in Great Yarmouth, United Kingdom specializing in Geothermal, Hydrogen.

GEAA is a membership organisation bringing together industry and academia to promote geothermal energy advancement and secure its true value realisation. As the only UK trade association solely dedicated to geothermal energy, it has been a key geothermal body. Following acquisition by the REA at the end of 2025, it now operates as the Geothermal Energy Forum within the REA. The organisation focuses on securing financial support for geothermal development, influencing supportive planning regimes, and advocating for the sector. GEAA recognises geothermal potential extends beyond power and heat generation to include green hydrogen production, desalination, and agricultural applications.
