Founded in 2018, Green Energy Lab is a non-profit headquartered in Wien, Austria specializing in Solar, Wind, Biomass.
Green Energy Lab is a non-profit Austrian research initiative for sustainable energy solutions, focused on electricity and heat supply. Founded by four Austrian energy companies as a public-private partnership, it operates core regions in Vienna, Lower Austria, Burgenland and Styria and runs a portfolio of applied research and demonstration projects covering heat networks, storage, solar PV integration, e-mobility, hydrogen and energy communities. It also offers open innovation, foresight and communication services through a partner network and the Innovator Circle.
