Green Utility SpA is a leading Italian renewable energy company founded in 2006. The group operates across the entire renewable energy value chain, including project development, financing, construction, operation, and management of solar and wind installations. Through its subsidiaries Pro Green and Green Lucca, it designs and implements tailored renewable energy and energy efficiency solutions for industrial clients, utilities, and institutional investors. The company has invested over €100 million in green energy projects since 2007 and provides property management services, system integration, smart mobility solutions, and sustainability consulting. Green Lucca SpA owns and operates approximately 40 MWp of photovoltaic capacity across Italy, producing over 52 GWh annually.
