Greenh2ub is a hydrogen production company that uses electrolysis to convert sustainably produced energy from wind and solar farms into green hydrogen. The company develops, invests in, and operates decentralized hydrogen factories located near renewable energy installations. Green hydrogen produced is supplied to multiple sectors: mobility (passenger cars, trucks, buses, trains, aviation, vessels), industry (as a replacement for grey hydrogen), and the built environment (through hydrogen-based district heating networks combined with heat pumps). The first facility is a 10 MW installation at the Kempisch business park in North Brabant, connected to the De Pals wind farm. The company also explores hydrogen injection into existing natural gas grids and pipelines to enable gradual transitions to zero-emission systems.
