GroenvermogenNL is a government headquartered in s-Gravenhage, Netherlands specializing in Hydrogen.

GroenvermogenNL is a Dutch national program that coordinates research and development, pilot projects, and scaling initiatives focused on green hydrogen. The program brings together five consortia of companies and knowledge institutions to address technical uncertainties, reduce costs, and develop innovative business models for green hydrogen. It manages R&D programs covering industrial processes, hydrogen transport and storage, direct hydrogen applications, and electrochemical conversion. GroenvermogenNL also develops regulations for hydrogen hubs, supports human capital development, facilitates matchmaking between industry and research, and coordinates learning communities across regions to accelerate the hydrogen transition in sectors where electrification is not viable.
