Haventus was established to address the critical need for port infrastructure supporting offshore wind energy deployment. The company identifies, redevelops, and manages strategic coastal sites to enable renewable energy development at scale. Its flagship facility, Ardersier Energy Transition Facility, is situated on the Moray Firth near Inverness and includes a 659m quay wall with RoRo access, a 420m main quay capable of multiple berths, approximately 200 acres of marshalling space, and 150 acres for assembly, storage, and manufacturing. The facility features a natural sheltered harbour with 12.4m depth dredging and is designed to serve the offshore wind market across the North Sea.
