Windpark Verenafohren

Three wind turbines of type Nordex N-131/3300 located in the forest of Tengen-Wiechs in the Konstanz district. The wind park was developed through a 4-year planning process and is operated by a consortium of regional municipal utilities and citizen energy cooperatives. The three turbines generate approximately 20 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, serving the electricity needs of about 20,000 people.
