Founded in 2013, it combines the potential of small and medium-sized enterprises, large companies, universities and research institutions. With over 150 members across Germany, HYPOS supports the market ramp-up of green hydrogen through implementation projects spanning production, storage, distribution and utilization in chemistry, refining, mobility and energy supply. Funded by the Saxon-Anhalt Ministry of Economics, the network facilitates technology transfer, conducts research projects and provides consulting services to companies and municipalities on green hydrogen deployment. HYPOS operates multiple clusters connecting supply and demand across industries and provides educational initiatives to promote hydrogen acceptance.
