Inocel is a hydrogen fuel cell company founded to accelerate the production of high-power clean energy technologies. Built on proprietary patented technology developed through over 25 years of research by France's CEA, Inocel designs and manufactures hydrogen fuel cell generators with industry-leading power density and efficiency. The company's flagship product, the Z300-S PEM fuel cell, delivers 300kW of power at 60% efficiency for heavy mobility, maritime, and stationary applications. Inocel operates through two main divisions: the headquarters and R&D hub in Belfort driving innovation, and Inocel Advanced Technology (IAT) in Mougins, a center of excellence for complex system integration and low-volume production. The company has established a gigafactory with a long-term production target of 3GW by 2032 and 90MW by 2027. Recent milestones include successful demonstrations of hydrogen-powered vessels (Poseidon) and participation in major international events including CES Las Vegas and the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge 2024. Inocel has secured €64M in funding and was selected for the French Tech 2030 program.
