Integria Project

Wind

About

Integria Project is a renewable energy company specializing in Wind.

The Integria Project is a research initiative into structural integrity of floating offshore wind farms using artificial intelligence and physical models. The project addresses the technological challenges of transitioning from prototype validation to commercial-scale floating wind farm operation. Key focus areas include: advanced monitoring systems for floating wind applications, AI-based modeling of various physical phenomena, data management architecture for processing large-scale monitoring data, corrosion protection coatings with degradation characterization, and predictive maintenance optimization. The project uses the NAUTILUS floating platform as a case study and leverages HarshLab (an offshore laboratory at BIMEP operated by TECNALIA) for research validation. Expected impacts include cost reduction through predictive maintenance, improved AI and physical model accuracy, development of efficient and environmentally friendly coatings, and increased lifespan of floating offshore wind farms.
