Founded in 2006, ISPT - Institute for Sustainable Process Technology is a ngo headquartered in Amersfoort, Netherlands specializing in Hydrogen, Solar, Geothermal.

ISPT is the leading institute for open innovation in the process industry, based in the Netherlands. Operating independently and on a non-profit basis, ISPT serves as a platform and network organization connecting companies, academic institutions, and stakeholders. The organization facilitates pre-competitive collaboration through mission-driven programs addressing three major transitions: energy transition, materials transition, and sustainable agriculture. ISPT initiates projects centered on shared industrial challenges such as hydrogen safety, plastics recycling, circular economy development, and industrial heating/cooling decarbonization. The institute works with approximately 150 Dutch and Belgian partner organizations of varying sizes to advance technological breakthroughs and systemic insights. ISPT's core business focuses on connecting people and facilitating knowledge-sharing rather than engineering directly.
