Je-decarbone is a French initiative established in 2018 by the Comité Stratégique de Filière des Nouveaux Systèmes Energétiques in partnership with CEA and ALLICE, with support from ADEME. The platform serves as a hub connecting industrial companies, solution providers, financiers, and researchers to accelerate decarbonization and energy efficiency across French industry. It operates through a governance model including a 13-company steering committee, a circle of financial actors, and approximately 40 regional and national partner organizations. The initiative focuses on renewable energy systems, energy storage, industrial energy efficiency, and smart energy networks, with emphasis on scaling decarbonization technologies and supporting SMEs and mid-market companies in their energy transition. The platform operates regional meetings and provides resources, directories, and financing guidance to help industries reduce energy and water consumption while strengthening resilience.
