klimaVest is an ELTIF (European Long-Term Investment Fund) and Impact Fund that pools capital from private investors to invest in renewable energy infrastructure across Europe. The fund holds interests in approximately 37 operational wind and solar parks, 6 solar project developments, and electricity transmission networks. Revenue is generated through long-term power purchase agreements. As part of the Commerz Real Group, which has over 50 years of experience in asset investments and 20+ years in renewable energy infrastructure, klimaVest aims to provide stable, long-term returns while supporting the European energy transition. The fund is managed by Commerz Real Fund Management S.à r.l., based in Luxembourg, and is distributed to retail investors through German financial institutions including Commerzbank, LBBW/BW-Bank, Sparkassen, Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken. The fund has over 23,000 investors as of the reporting period.
