LIR Evolution is a development, consulting and research agency headquartered in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Established in 2003 as LIR Local Development Initiative and transformed into LIR Evolution in 2013, it provides consulting, project development and training across sustainable development. Its work covers energy efficiency, renewable energy (including feasibility studies for solar, geothermal and wind energy and demonstration facilities), waste management, circular economy, environmental protection, sustainable mobility, economic development and youth employment. The agency reports more than 70 implemented projects and contracts.
