MEZeroE is a renewable energy company specializing in Energy Storage.

MEZeroE is a multi-sided virtual marketplace and open innovation ecosystem designed to drive advanced building envelope prototypes for nearly-zero-energy buildings (nZEBs) to market. The project facilitates stakeholder collaboration among SMEs, larger companies, public authorities, and private citizens through integrated testing, certification, knowledge management, and training services. The ecosystem operates through three phases: discovery, empowerment, and implementation of reliable test-chains. Living laboratory test sites scattered throughout Europe monitor product performance in real-world conditions using sensor data and user feedback. Core services include state-of-the-art testing facilities, product certification assistance, open innovation support, and comprehensive knowledge management. The project is funded by the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme.
