Mobius Renewables was established in December 2025 by funds managed by IFM Investors as a global, vertically integrated low-carbon fuels platform. In 2026, the company acquired Air Liquide's global biogas production operations and integrated GreenGas USA's portfolio. The company develops, owns, and operates assets that capture methane emissions from waste streams and convert them into low-carbon intensity renewable natural gas (RNG). Operating across North America and Europe with headquarters in Houston, Texas, and offices in France, Norway, and Sweden, Mobius manages the full RNG lifecycle from waste stream assessment and permitting through digestion, transport, pipeline injection, and molecule marketing. The company processes over 7 billion gallons of wastewater and generates 5.5 million MMBtu/year of RNG from diverse feedstock sources including landfills, agricultural operations, food processing facilities, and industrial wastewater treatment plants.
