The project demonstrates a 40 kW immersion cooling prototype integrated with a 500 kWh thermal energy storage unit. Immersion cooling achieves Power Usage Effectiveness below 1.1 compared to 1.6 for air-cooled systems, and waste heat recovery can boost efficiency by over 30%. The technology enables repurposing waste heat for space heating, water heating via district networks, and electricity generation.
