Founded in 1999, Notreenergie is a co-op headquartered in Belgium, Belgium with approximately 50-200 employees specializing in Wind, Solar.

Notreenergie is a citizen-led energy cooperative federation comprising 34 local energy cooperatives across Belgium with over 125,000 member households. The organization operates a pioneering offshore wind park 42km off Zeebrugge with 5 turbines, operational for 10 years and producing electricity over 90% of the time. The cooperative model enables ordinary Belgian citizens to become co-owners of renewable energy infrastructure, directly controlling energy supply and pricing. Beyond offshore wind, the cooperative invests profits into local solar and wind projects to combat energy precarity and advance Belgium's renewable energy transition. Notreenergie has installed 35 wind turbines collectively since 1999 and plans participation in the federal government's call for tenders for the new Princesse Elisabeth offshore wind zone in 2026.
