Founded in 2016, Objectif 15 is a private headquartered in Hauville, France with approximately 50-200 employees specializing in Energy Storage.

Objectif 15 was founded by Pierrick Guilbart and Quentin Delescluse, both passionate about energy transition with prior experience in renewable energy project development and wind farm construction. The company emerged from personal experience navigating challenges in building a certified passive house. Originally focused on BBC (Low Energy Building) renovation certification from 2016, the company evolved to become a full-service energy performance contractor. In 2018, it launched high-end ventilation services and in 2019 became a general contractor, employing 9 staff. Following COVID-19 restructuring in 2020, the company refocused on ventilation and energy performance services. The team includes founders Quentin Delescluse and Pierrick Guilbart, associate Aurélie Sevestre, and mentor François Bouffard. Services include VMC installation and maintenance, passive house design and certification, BBC renovation advisory, energy audits, and renewable energy project oversight.
