ObservER is a non-profit association founded in 1979 dedicated to renewable energy and sustainable energy transition. Governed by a college of founders and qualified personalities, the organization works with stakeholders in energy, environment, and sustainable development. Its research department conducts studies for public authorities, the European Commission, and private partners, including sector monitoring, thematic surveys, and wind and photovoltaic park atlases. ObservER publishes three quarterly magazines and annual special editions, maintains free-access research databases, publishes career guides and professional testimonies in renewable sectors, and produces monthly newsletters targeting territorial stakeholders, rural actors, and small-to-medium enterprises.
