Founded in 2009, ODTÜ-GÜNAM is a government headquartered in Ankara, Turkey specializing in Solar.

A comprehensive research center operated by Middle East Technical University focused on solar energy innovation. ODTÜ-GÜNAM houses a Photovoltaic Pilot Production Line at semi-industrial scale, cleanroom facilities, advanced testing laboratories, and specialized infrastructure for concentrated solar energy simulation. The center operates eight focus areas: silicon and emerging photovoltaic technologies, solar module systems, concentrated solar energy, power electronics, grid integration, materials development and recycling, architectural and agricultural PV integration, and social research on energy equity and policy. Designated as a Thematic Research Infrastructure under Turkish Law No. 6550 in 2021, it provides testing, characterization, technology transfer, prototyping, and consultancy services with emphasis on sustainable energy transition and social innovation.
