Obnovljivi izvori energije Hrvatske (Renewable Energy Sources of Croatia) is an economic interest association that gathers producers of electricity from renewable sources, representing approximately 80% of total installed renewable capacity in Croatia. The association functions as a strategic think-tank dedicated to developing green energy in Croatia. Its primary objectives include positioning domestic renewable energy production as a strategic and sustainable economic sector, promoting societal consensus on renewable energy's role in Croatia's future, and advocating for energy independence through 100% renewable sources. The organization actively promotes decentralized small-scale solar installations on residential buildings, tourism facilities, and industrial sites, supports innovative business models including public-private financing, and champions Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) for renewable energy procurement. It organizes major conferences including Dani OIE (Renewable Energy Days) and Solar Flex Croatia, and serves as a founding member of the Platform for Good Energy.
