About

Founded in 2013, Parceoliendebeaulieu is a renewable energy company headquartered in Beaulieu, France specializing in Wind.

Le Projet de parc éolien de Beaulieu is a wind energy development project initiated in 2013 in the Centre-Val de Loire region of France. The project proposes 4 wind turbines at 150m height, designed to generate more than 30 GWh of electricity annually, equivalent to the consumption of approximately 12,000 inhabitants including heating. The development underwent extensive environmental and technical studies over more than two years, involving 6 specialized engineering firms assessing fauna, flora, landscape, acoustics, soil, wind resources, and electrical grid connection. The project faced administrative challenges, including an initial rejection by the Préfet de l'Indre in July 2021, which was later annulled by the Administrative Court of Limoges. The initiative is supported by the local municipalities and expected to generate approximately 300,000 euros in annual fiscal returns to local authorities. Construction phase would employ up to 20 workers during the building year.
