PEBreizh (Pôle Énergie Bretagne) is an association established in 2011 and formally organized since 2022. It brings together four Breton energy syndicates and Brest Métropole to address territorial energy transition challenges. With approximately 300 staff members and 1,600 elected representatives, PEBreizh works closely with communes and intercommunal entities. The association manages various strategic aspects of public energy distribution, renewable energy development, and energy transition on the Breton territory. It operates internal working groups for knowledge sharing and implements programs such as ACCELERE (funded by the FEDER fund) to strengthen territorial engineering for renewable energy deployment.
