Founded in 1992, Phil-Commerce Ltd. began as an importer and manufacturer of separators and homogenizers for the dairy industry. From 1994-2000, the company constructed complete dairy processing facilities across Bulgaria and Ukraine, including a major facility in Poltava. Since 2010, the company has focused on wastewater treatment from dairy production with biogas generation, partnering with Dutch technology provider HydroThane STP since 2013. The partnership has delivered superior biogas yields, improved purification efficiency, reduced maintenance requirements, and lower operating costs. The company also exports dairy industry machinery and laboratory equipment to regional markets.
