PLATIO Solar
Innovatív Térburkolatfejlesztő Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság
Hajdúnánás, Hungary
About
Founded in 2015, PLATIO Solar is a limited company headquartered in Hajdúnánás, Hungary with approximately 11-50 employees specializing in Solar.
PLATIO Solar designs and manufactures walkable solar paving products, including solar pavers, solar decks and a DIY solar paver kit. The solar elements combine high-performance solar cells under tempered anti-slip glass with a frame made from recycled plastic waste, and are installed like conventional paving or decking. Products are used on terraces, driveways, walkways, balconies, garden areas, marinas and urban public spaces, in both grid-connected and off-grid configurations. The company was founded on the idea of replacing grey paving with energy-generating recycled-material pavement, has a production facility in Hajdúnánás and an office in Budapest, and sells through a distributor and reseller network in multiple countries.
