Pomona Choice Energy is a government-operated Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) program established under California's CCA law. Created by the City of Pomona, it began serving municipal and residential accounts in October 2020, expanding to commercial accounts in June 2021 and net energy metering customers in October 2021. The program provides electric generation services exclusively to customers within Pomona city limits currently served by Southern California Edison.
