Founded in 2020, Project SINERGY is a ngo headquartered in Belgrade, Serbia specializing in Solar, Energy Storage.

SINERGY is an EU-funded research and innovation initiative operating under Horizon 2020 (Grant Agreement No. 952140). The project aims to transform the Institute Mihajlo Pupin (IMP) into a regional Centre of Excellence in smart energy management for Southeast Europe. Key activities include strategic partnerships with Austrian Institute of Technology (AIT) and National University of Ireland Galway (NUIG), organization of international conferences, PhD workshops, and capacity building in smart grid technologies and energy-efficient building operation. The project operates a 50kW solar photovoltaic power plant demonstration facility on IMP's campus and coordinates multidisciplinary research on smart energy solutions for reliable future energy networks.
