Founded in 2022, Psionic is a government specializing in Energy Storage.

Psionic is a four-year EU-funded project under the Horizon Europe Research and Innovation program (Grant Agreement 101069703) coordinated by BlueSolutions. The project brings together 12 partners across 6 European countries with expertise spanning the full battery value chain: from advanced material synthesis and characterization to cell manufacturing and recycling. Focus areas include development of solid-state polymer electrolytes, lithium metal anode engineering, cathode composite formulation, and environmental performance assessment through Life Cycle Assessment. The consortium comprises academic institutions (Politecnico di Torino, University of Münster, Uppsala University, University of Naples Federico II, Université de Picardie Jules Verne, National Institute of Chemistry, CNRS, LRCS), industrial partners (BlueSolutions, Renault Group, Accurec, Armor Battery Films, Specific Polymers), and consultancy (Clerens).
