R3 TESNA is a regional research network established by the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region to animate a community of pluridisciplinary research laboratories on low-carbon, multi-scale energy networks. It is coordinated by the Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour and brings together five higher education and research sites. The network addresses renewable energy production and conversion, energy transport and storage systems, real-time grid management and control, energy efficiency and waste reduction, and territorial integration of energy systems.
