Founded in 2024, Risø Gateway is a government headquartered in Roskilde, Denmark specializing in Wind, Solar, Energy Storage.

Risø Gateway is a collaborative initiative to transform the Risø area in Denmark into an international center for clean energy research, education, and enterprise. The partnership integrates DTU's world-leading research facilities, municipal infrastructure from Roskilde Kommune, and energy expertise from Andel. The campus currently hosts approximately 35 research and development facilities focused on renewable energy, including wind turbines, solar testing facilities, composite manufacturing labs, and energy storage research. DTU Link innovation hub supports approximately 15 startups and small development companies. The development plan includes establishing an advanced business park with capacity for 4,000 workplaces, expanding graduate programs (targeting 400 master's students), and launching new engineering education programs. Key research areas include wind power, solar energy, battery technology, hydrogen, power electronics, composite materials, optical sensors, and building-integrated photovoltaics. The initiative aims to accelerate technology development and commercialization of green energy solutions.
