SEAlgaePower is a renewable energy company specializing in Biogas, Biomass.

SEAlgaePower is a research and innovation project that harnesses microalgae to address environmental challenges in the aquaculture and seafood industries. The project converts nutrient-rich process water—typically costly to discharge—into a resource by cultivating selected microalgae strains that clean the water while generating valuable biomass. This biomass is then biorefinery-processed into proteins, lipids, pigments, and polysaccharides for sustainable applications in food, feed, fertilizers, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, and medical technology. Operating across Nordic and Mediterranean regions, SEAlgaePower integrates research, pilot-scale demonstration, and stakeholder engagement to create circular value chains and measurable environmental and socio-economic benefits for blue economy growth.
