Operated by Shell Low Carbon Solutions in collaboration with Dijon Céréales agricultural cooperative and Nature Energy, the project involves approximately 155 farming operations and is designed to produce renewable gas for grid injection and alternative fuel applications. The digestate byproduct is recycled as soil fertilizer. The project generates minimum 10 direct jobs and approximately 50 indirect jobs, with capacity to supply gas to approximately 10,000 households annually. The initiative aligns with agricultural sustainability through use of non-food crops and contributes to the Ecological Transition Contract of the Pays Châtillonnais region.
