The company operates an integrated business model across battery manufacturing, plastic recycling, and industrial plant engineering. Its core FAAM division develops and manufactures lithium-iron-phosphate and lead battery cells, modules, and energy storage systems. The group operates Teverola 1 (0.3 GWh capacity) and is constructing Teverola 2 Gigafactory (8 GWh capacity) for LFP cell production. Additional operations include plastic recycling (Seri Plast), battery end-of-life recovery (Repiombo), construction piping (COES), and electric public transportation vehicles (Menarini). Strategic partnerships include joint ventures with Unilever for plastic-to-polymer recycling (P2P) and with Eni for stationary energy storage production at Brindisi (Eni Storage Systems).
