Founded in 2021, Serve-U is a ngo headquartered in Wels, Austria specializing in Solar, Energy Storage.

Serve-U is a research consortium project focused on creating a practical energy service platform for renewable energy communities (Energiegemeinschaften). The platform uses statistical methods and machine learning to forecast consumption and generation patterns at household and community levels, incorporating data from smart meters, PV inverters, and battery storage systems. The system provides automated, device-level action recommendations to community members to optimize energy consumption economically and ecologically while maintaining individual fairness. A key feature is its non-invasive, hardware-agnostic approach that requires no additional infrastructure investment. The project also addresses legal frameworks and business model development for community energy services.
