The project focuses on constructing two wind turbines with combined 8 MW capacity on the Isselt industrial estate, designed to generate renewable electricity for approximately 12,000 households. The cooperative operates on principles of local ownership, participatory decision-making, and community benefit. Members can invest in wind shares to become co-owners and receive financial returns. A portion of profits flows into a community development fund. The project includes comprehensive environmental and social impact assessments, with planned completion around 2030 following municipal approval processes.
