Founded in 2016 when Christian Laibacher acquired the Solar Fabrik brand, the company manufactures modules using N-Type/TopCon and PERC technology in various configurations (Mono S4, Mono S5 series). Products include glass-glass and glass-film modules with capacities ranging from 315W to 625W, designed for residential, commercial, and agricultural applications. The company partners with BYD to distribute Battery-Box Premium energy storage systems (5.1–66.2 kWh capacity) and Solplanet inverters. Factory One, a new 250 MW domestic production facility in Hösbach, is under development to enable German-made production.
