What is a “skipped token”?
A skipped token means there is a token you paid for earlier that has not been entered. Tokens must be used in the order received. What happens if I miss a payment?
If payments are delayed, the system will temporarily switch off. Once you make a payment, it will be reactivated immediately for a full 24-hour period.

Can I reduce my loan balance by making extra payments?
Yes. You will save money by paying off your loan more quickly and get free electricity sooner when your loan is paid off. You can make special payments that reduce the balance of your loan if you want to pay off your loan more quickly. To make a special payment to reduce your loan: Add #0 at the end of your account number when making your payment. You will not get a token with this payment, but your loan balance will now be reduced.
