Sopitootsipargid is a renewable energy production facility developed by Enefit Green on a former peat extraction area in Põhja-Pärnumaa municipality, Estonia. The hybrid park consists of a 255 MW wind farm with 38 Nordex N163/6.X turbines (241 m height to tip, 80 m blade length) and a 74 MW solar farm with approximately 112,000 double-sided panels covering 95.4 hectares. Combined annual production is approximately 750 GWh, covering roughly one-tenth of Estonia's current electricity consumption. The facility is designed to be carbon-neutral and contributes to Estonia's climate and energy security goals. Construction partners include Nordecon Betoon OÜ, Verston OÜ, AS Connecto Eesti, Rodina Europe Sp. z o.o., and Risen and Sungrow. Environmental impact assessments were completed in 2016 with additional crane migration studies planned. Final completion targeted for 2025. The municipality receives direct financial benefits of approximately 300,000–600,000 euros annually, with homeowners within 2 km of turbines eligible for up to 4,350 euros per year. Noise measurements conducted March–April 2025 confirmed compliance with industrial noise limits.
