Founded in 2007, Stichtingdap is a ngo headquartered in Delft, Netherlands specializing in Geothermal.

Stichtingdap is a student-initiated geothermal project established at Delft University of Technology in 2007. The organization focuses on promoting geothermal energy as both a field of study and a practical technology through educational activities, international fieldwork, and research. Key activities include organizing biannual DAP Symposia that attract over 200 attendees, hosting annual geothermal field trips to locations such as Iceland, Italy, and France, and developing an in-situ geothermal doublet laboratory on the TU Delft campus. The project serves as a bridge between academic research, industry partnerships, and practical engineering experience for students. It operates through a network of mining engineers, alumni, and industry stakeholders.
