STRESS is a public-private consortium founded in 2010 in Naples, operating as an innovation hub for sustainable, connected, and digital cities. The organization integrates research, enterprise, and territorial expertise across construction, energy, and infrastructure sectors. Core activities include energy efficiency and decarbonization of buildings, BIM and Digital Twin technologies, renewable energy integration (particularly green hydrogen), risk management, and circular economy solutions. STRESS operates through subsidiary companies—Value S.r.l., GRISIS S.r.l., and MUST S.r.l.—delivering advanced engineering, monitoring, BIM design, risk management, and digital maintenance solutions. The organization is designated by the Italian Ministry of Education as executor of the High-Technology District for Sustainable Construction and holds ISO 9001:2015 and UNI/PdR 125:2022 (Gender Equality) certifications.
