Synano is a Dutch nanotech company specializing in engineered nanofluids for advanced thermal management. The company suspends nanometer-sized metal and metal oxide particles in base fluids (oils or water-glycol) to dramatically improve heat transfer efficiency. Their proprietary nanoparticle stabilization technology enables up to 20% improvements in heat transfer performance, reducing energy costs and extending equipment lifespan without requiring hardware modifications. Founded by thermal and nanomaterials experts from TU Delft, Synano serves applications including data centers (direct-to-chip and immersion cooling), solar PVT panels, EV and battery thermal management, cogeneration systems, and industrial engines. Products include dielectric nano-oils for immersion cooling and water-glycol nano-coolants for closed-loop systems. All fluids are independently tested to international standards (REACH, ASTM, IEC) and designed for circular reuse with nanoparticle recovery and reprocessing.
