Tenevo Solar Technologies is a special purpose company dedicated to the construction and operation of the Tenevo solar project, a 238 MW (207.6 MW AC / 237.8 MWp DC) solar photovoltaic power plant located in south-eastern Bulgaria. The project is expected to generate approximately 332 GWh of electricity annually and will contribute to climate change mitigation and Bulgaria's green energy transition. The project is jointly owned by Renalfa IPP, an Austrian joint venture between Renalfa Group and RGreen Invest, and Eurowind Energy A/S, a Danish renewable energy developer and independent power producer. The project includes energy storage capacity of 260 MWh and a 160 MVA, 420 kV substation connection.
