As a non-profit cooperative, all profits are reinvested directly into new renewable energy projects rather than distributed to shareholders. The company has supported the installation of nearly 200 solar panel systems on private homes on Texel. It is part of the OM Nieuwe Energie collective, which comprises over 40 local energy cooperatives across the Netherlands and has been recognized multiple times as the greenest energy supplier in the Dutch market.
