Uphymob is a European vocational education and training (VET) initiative funded under the EU's Erasmus+ program (Project number: KA220-VET-000028038). The project develops comprehensive training resources tailored to the hydrogen mobility sector, combining powertrain maintenance and hydrogen refuelling station operation and maintenance. Core activities include analyzing current skill gaps in the EU hydrogen industry, designing modular learning outcomes, and delivering educational content through a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC). The project aims to prepare technicians for roles in vehicle parts management, H2 powertrain diagnosis and repair, and refuelling station installation and maintenance, supporting the EU's Green Deal decarbonisation goals and hydrogen strategy.
