Verano Energy is an international holding company composed of three integrated divisions: Project Development, Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC), and Operations & Maintenance (O&M). The company specializes in developing, financing, and executing renewable energy and green hydrogen projects across Latin America, with a strong presence in Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Argentina. The company has designed and built over 42 solar plants with total installed capacity exceeding 213 MWP and maintains a pipeline of 8.7 GW across the region. The Development division focuses on solar projects and project acquisition, while supporting internal departments handle legal, permitting, compliance, finance, and energy commercialization. The company has raised over USD 200 million in project financing and works with international funds and banks.
