The company developed and operates a wind farm in the Groetpolder region of the Netherlands. The original installation in 1999 consisted of 19 NEG-Micon 600kW turbines. Through modernization and upscaling initiatives (2020-2021), the facility now includes 6 Vestas V100 2.2MW turbines and 7 Enercon E44 0.9MW turbines. The 6 larger turbines produce approximately 50 million kWh annually, while the 7 smaller turbines produce approximately 10.5 million kWh annually, totaling sufficient electricity for 17,000-20,000 households and avoiding approximately 26,300 tonnes of CO2 annually. The company commits to community engagement and compensation, paying approximately €100,000 annually to surrounding communities.
