Forus-P is a cyber security company founded in the Netherlands, with roots in both the Netherlands and Ireland. It was established by Robert van Manen, a college professor who began building web applications with his students and then turned to securing them when clients raised safety concerns. The company offers web application vulnerability scanning, advanced application scans, penetration testing (black-box, grey-box and white-box), security reviews, third-party assessments and staff awareness training, including in-company sessions, group workshops and an online training platform. It also issues the Forus-P Secure Badge to websites that pass its regular security checks. The firm works with businesses ranging from SMEs to multinationals, with a particular focus on e-commerce and webshops. Forus-P is led by Eveline and Dafna after Robert's retirement in 2021, and moved its base to Ireland in 2024. Irish clients may be eligible for Enterprise Ireland's Cyber Security Review Grant, and some training is part-funded through County Wexford Chamber Skillnet.
