Faravelli Group is an international distributor of ingredients and raw materials, founded in Milan in 1926 by Giusto Faravelli. The group operates through directly owned companies in Italy, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Spain, China and the United States. Its food division supplies stabilisers and emulsifiers under the FARA Customised Functional Solutions line, which serve dairy and dairy-alternative applications such as yoghurt, soft cheese, vegan cheese, ice cream and sorbets, alongside bakery fillings, confectionery and fruit preparations. The group also distributes cosmetic, fine chemical, animal nutrition and industrial raw materials. It describes itself as an independent, family-owned company now led by the third generation, and holds quality and food safety certifications through its subsidiaries.
